22plus adapted this framework through an integration of global research and best practices from leading organizations, tailoring it to the unique needs of adults with IDD.
As a practical and accessible tool, it facilitates a thorough assessment of quality-of-life perceptions and provides structured, actionable plans to address and improve specific areas, driving real and measurable change.
This tool serves to enable service providers, caregivers, and policymakers to evaluate and strengthen support systems, working to ensure that every individual has the resources and opportunities necessary to thrive.
